Atomic Force Microscope

The Asylum Research MFP3D is a high-performance Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) that combines molecular resolution imaging and pN force-based measurements on an inverted optical microscope. The instrument works in contact or non-contact mode and is equipped with a bio-heater for live cell imaging. The Nikon microscope allows the user to visualize the AFM sample with transmitted light and with epi-fluorescence.
